I had a wonderful stay at this hotel located between the heart of the city and the Westlands in one of the safest areas of Nairobi. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all necessary amenities, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. The location was excellent, offering a homey feeling and being conveniently close to the city center. However, there were some issues with the service at late hours, especially with car hire assistance.
